Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any claim related to wrong, defective, or damaged items, a clear unboxing video is compulsory.
This video helps us verify the issue and accelerate the replacement process.

No replacement or refund request will be processed without the required unboxing video.

Cancellation Conditions

Orders can be cancelled under the following terms:

  • Cancellation Window:
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
    However, in case you wish to exchange a product or change a shade/variant, please contact our support team before the order is shipped.
    Once the order has been shipped, no exchanges or modifications can be accommodated.

Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer or UPI only. Please share the required details when requested.

Return Window

Return or refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product, provided they meet the valid conditions.
Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
